I experienced this gap firsthand. Like millions of students and professionals, I navigated the heavy weight of career confusion—from school to college and into the corporate world. While I was blessed with mentors who appeared at pivotal moments to provide clarity, I realized that luck should not be a prerequisite for success.
Currently serving in a leadership position, I watched friends and colleagues struggle—not because they lacked talent, but because they lacked a framework to understand their own potential. I saw that the problem was systemic.
To fix this, I created Praytan India—the 'career GPS' that replaces trial-and-error with a Career Operating System."
